Description

I needed to use lasso library (v 2.3.6) with java bindings on Solaris 10.
During compilation I had to patch a little configure and logging.c files.

After this, when my code was calling new Server("metadata.xml", "private-key.pem", null, null) I had SIGSEGV on xmlStrEqual. To fix this I had to patch saml-2.0/provider.c.

All fixes are in attached patch. Please merge it into source code and add it to next distribution.
