http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1360869/html-print-header-footer donne une piste, mais qui est indiquée comme ne fonctionnant pas avec les navigateurs basés sur webkit. Voici le patch quand même.

Pourrais-tu poster le rendu que tu obtiens via une impression pdf pour une activité sortant sur 2 pages ?

On a constaté avec Serghei que sur deux pages le rendu n'était pas correct. Je m'en occupe.
