actes: fixing empty EventWithAct object while trying to create an act. Doctors
are forced to be Worker instances instead of People(which is its parent)

Problème du à l'heritage du formulaire de création d'un acte qui a été modifié afin de permettre la création d'événements multiples quand on saisi plusieurs patients.
