Description
Lorsqu'on ajoute une nouvelle adresse via le formulaire de nouveau contact (dans le dossier patient) ca efface le formulaire en cours.

Si je remets l'ancien code c'est #2740 qui merde. Pour le moment je ne vois pas comment faire.
