Description

Faire évoluer l'action anonymisation et pouvoir sélectionner côté formulaire, champ par champ, ceux qui doivent être anonymisés lors de l'archivage intermédiaire.

En pratique, modifier dans le paramétrage des champs la case à cocher d'anonymisation actuelle pour y avoir trois choix, pas d'anonymisation, anonymisation intermédiaire, anonymisation finale.

Et modifier l'action d'anonymisation pour pouvoir choisir si on veut l'intermédiaire ou la finale.
