vérification de l'usage du filtre "age_in_working_days" sur toutes les instances

Description
Suite au dev #71759 le filtre age_in_working_days retourne des valeurs négatives et cela peut poser problèmes dans certains formulaires/workflow (ex: #81064).
Il faudrait faire le tour des recettes (SaaS et hors Saas) et prods afin de vérifier si le changement du filtre ne pète pas l'usage.

(J'ai corrigé les instances de test SaaS et externes, et j'ai vérifié que les instances de prod SaaS ont bien été corrigées préalablement)
