Description
It's currently a bit scary to customise logout.html as it has some javascript in its "content" block; I propose to move it in a static file. (the proposal here is a dedicated file but maybe this could go to a global authentic.js support script).

I think that the jquery loading code is missing.

Indeed, worked for me as I was testing using a theme that already had jquery loaded.

Patch rebasé et récupération des bouts de scripts manquant (initialisation de iframe_count et décrémentation au chargement complet de la page).
