Description

I connected to authentic from an unregistered SP, I got an error page with this message: "We were unable to load provider XXX. You can add it now or retry." (with "add" being a link to /admin/saml/libertyprovider/add-from-url/?entity_id=...); I don't think we should expose that to users that are not administrators.
