Le template fait <h3>{{ title|safe }}</h3>, ce qui met un <h3> vide quand il n'y a pas de titre présent.
La cellule a un champ titre mais celui-ci est uniquement exposé quand il y a plusieurs régies.

Aussi le titre est présenté dans un ckeditor mais ce n'est pas la pratique pour les autres titres de cellule et le résultat n'est pas garanti (parce qu'il va peut-être se trouver inséré dans le <h3> des balises qui n'ont rien à y faire).
