Make lasso_server_get_first_providerID_by_role use provide->private_data->roles and not provider->role

Description
It should allow to progressively stop using the ->role field which should be enforced at caller level. Lasso should not enforce its own policies, but only check declarations (i.e. metadata) and standard mandated policies.
