Description

En particulier pour les diffusions mail et plus tard SMS, il faudrait pouvoir disposer d'un paramétrage de test.
Genre liste des adresses mails pour test et une case à cocher mode test pour permettre à la personne qui prépare le truc de voir le rendu avant diffusion globale.

Mon idée ici est d'avoir un champ de saisie des adresse courriel de test (capture 1.png)et quand elles sont renseignées cela "active" l'option d'envoi de test d'une annonce (capture 2.png).
Au passage je sors le code d'envoi d'un mail dans un module à part.

L'action sur la page de visualisation, pas sur la page d'édition. Et sur l'action "Envoyer par test", dialogue avec le champ email précomplété avec l'adresse de l'usager courant. Pas de "Email Settings".
