Cas d'usage : si un évènement se déroule tous les lundis à 14h, permettre d'en décaler un à 16h un jour particulier.

La recréation des occurences (create_all_recurrences) ne va pas recréer l'événement à la "bonne" heure ?
je suppose que non, grâce à datetime_slug ?
tu pourrais ajouter un test de non régression sur ce point ?
