Description
Un type d'événéments c'est:
- un nom
- un slug
- une liste de champs additionnels (types: text, textarea, bool pour commencer)
Les types d'événements sont paramétrables de la même manière que les catégories, les ressources ou les motifs d'absence.
Ils sont exportables et importables comme les catégories & co

Il manque la partie « breadcrumb » sur les vues d'ajout/édition, et 0004 casse un peu la vue d'ajout en ajoutant au formulaire une section « Custom fields » et un bouton qui ne fait rien.
