Description
This brings authentic in sync with our other projects; mostly it helps with running the hobo worker on a server with different applications (need to set environment variables for config files for multiple applications, hence need to have different names).

A commit alike was already on its way (c43721be5e), I modified it to use your proposed name for the variable. But I'm against the removal of the --config option, as it was asked for by real users, and adding a default value loading local_settings.py because I do not see the point, especially when it's not in at the project root like in regular django projects.
