I thought we decided we only targeted python 2.7 now, anyway here is the patch.

Well, having python2.6-minimal installed on the servers, even if not the default python installation, caused that failure.

Ok, there is maybe something doable in the control file to limit setup to python 2.7, until we find it I'll refrain from using python 2.7 features.
