patient record id grayed on all pages in order to avoid confusion

statistics: give patient gender in patients per age table.

statistics: exclude canceled moving events and better display moving times in annual activity.

statistics: allow to exclude synthesis acts in patients per worker.

There may be no current state, we have to handle it (fixes #4532).

Commit 09970a47d3528562940bb42ae7ce9b7904c44c62 introduced a more accurate
    way to get a Patient record status at a given date returning None if there is
    no state rather returning the last state not applying to the date given....

statistics: use new care duration computation method in stats.

statistics: refine closed patient record statistic.

statistics: add statistic about patient in contact.

statistics: give list of all patients with an act on a period.

statistics: exit patient synthesis statistic if no patient found.
