Merge patch that allows proper cross compiling of php53 from php5 similar patch

Reduce differences between php53 from pfPorts and ports tree

Update php53 to r337385, also remove a hack to enable FPM only on 2.2 and move it to pfPorts specific make.conf

Install php CLI binary as php-cli

Enable FPN on php53 for FreeBSD 10.x, used sysctl because $OSVERSION is only available after bsd.port.pre.mk is included, and then it's too late to change OPTIONS. Also fix pkg-plist

Correct installation of php-cgi as required in pfSense.

Do not output the sepcial first line if present #! ibn php scripts. Also disable headers properly when called from clients sending NO_HEADERS.

Add patch to allow removing headers on output to help new clients to fastcgi

Update port to fix CVE-2013-6420. While updating remove openssl patch not needed anymore
