Description

Lasso no longer compiles with xmlsec1 due to missing soap.h included in xml/tools.c
The problem is that SOAP functions are deprecated and are no longer available in xmlsec1 if using default configure flags.
Upstream Linux distro developers are not willing to support additional flags to support deprecated functions.
