historique et appel webservice en erreur: afficher "reason" en plus de "err_desc"

Description

Certains webservices (Chrono) ne renvoient pas de err_desc, mais reason. Or dans l'historique on n'affiche que err_desc, ce qui donne l'affichage joint, peu explicite.

S'il n'y a pas de err_desc, il faudrait afficher reason.

Ça dépannerait bien de le pousser pour la release. Ces lignes de codes sont déjà testés dans test_workflows.py.
