Description

Dans l'historique j'ai une modif affichée à "12/03/2021 15:56" mais dans le fil d'ariane c'est 14:56 qui est écrit. (et le fil d'ariane me semble avoir raison).

Le seul truc que je vois sur la recette c'est qu'on y a dans postgresql.conf timezone = 'Etc/UTC', alors qu'en local où je ne reproduis pas non plus j'ai timezone = 'localtime'.
