Description
I added an attribute (http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin/authentic2/attribute/) then I went to a saml provider to get it sent and it didn't appear in the list of attribute names; I had to restart authentic to get it to appear.

saml: modify inline form for SAMLAttribute to persistent caching of attribute names (fixes #5260)
The choice list was cached inside the staticaly intantiated forms.Select
widget defined in the Meta class, now the Select widget is created in
the form init method making its initialization dynamic.
