Sur une instance sans surcharge de app_settings.A2_DUPLICATES_THRESHOLD, une recherche dans /manage/journal/ avec "ates" ne donne aucun résultat.
Sur une instance avec un seuil à 0.4 (sur https://connexion-validation.test.entrouvert.org par exemple), ça marche comme attendu.
Aucune idée de pourquoi le seuil est à 0.7 par défaut, ni pourquoi le seuil a été baissé sur https://connexion-validation.test.entrouvert.org.

Le souci c'est que c'est le seuil pour la recherche de doublon, qui doit rester élevé sinon on va crouler sous les doublons, il faudrait un seuil différent pour le journal (le même que dans /manage/users/ en fait).

The search duplicate threshold is high to limit the number of false
positive, in a free text search settting we want as much results as we
