Description
django-admin-tools is compatible with Django 1.7 but does not provide Django 1.7 migrations for now. To allow migration to the new custom user model we need to provide them until upstream does it.

provide Django 1.7 migrations for django-admin-tools third party app (fixes #6956)
Those migrations will be removed when django-admin-tools will provide them itself.
